First, we have added gingko, thought to promote circulation in the brain. To this, we’ve also added turmeric, believed to promote cognitive benefits thanks to the presence of curcumin, a powerful antioxidant.

  • Peppermint, gingko, orange, turmeric, pumpkin pieces, with safflower petals.

    4.5 ounces

  • 1 tsp to 1 tbs of loose leaf tea.

    Put into a diffuser or teabag. 

    Add to an 8 ounce cup.

    Pour fresh boiling water over tea.

    Steep 3-7 minutes. 

    Relax & Enjoy. 

    Remember you can steep your tea 2-3 times.
