Black tea, apple, hawthorne fruit, grapefruit peel, blackberry leaves, maple syrup, celendula, marigold, sunflower petals, natural flavors.
4 ounces
1 tsp to 1 tbs of loose leaf tea.
Put into a diffuser or teabag.
Add to an 8 ounce cup.
Pour fresh boiling water over tea.
Steep 2-3 minutes.
Relax & Enjoy.
Remember you can steep your tea 2-3 times.
